You will responsible for the development of data ingestion pipelines making data available for analysis and data, science. You will be helping our customers build Cloud environments using Infrastructure as code to implement reproducible environments. You will be encouraged and supported in becoming certified in each technology where appropriate.

Being part of a consultancy, you will need to visit customer sites and understand how we can help drive their success. We also support our customers’ solutions and you will help with this, which will include call outs.

All necessary training will be provided.

Required

  • Experience in using Amazon Web Services
  • Experience in using Terraform, Python and Ruby
  • Experience/Understanding of databases/SQL
  • An understanding of commonly programming paradigms and design patterns
  • Experience in Agile Frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience in TDD and/or BDD
  • Able to work within a team and when necessary, independently
  • Good English skills (both written and verbal)
  • Full Driving License

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in using Azure
  • Experience in using JavaScript, Java or Scala
  • Experience in using Docker on AWS ECS or Kubernetes
  • Experience/Interest in Machine Learning

Salary

£35-55k (based on qualifications/experience)
